Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Software Cooling-Off Refunds
For consumer purchases of software or digital products, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from purchase. After 14 days, cooling-off refunds are not available unless required by law or stated otherwise on the relevant product page.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@theradicalmonk.com.
3. Subscriptions
To request cancellation of your subscription, email contact@theradicalmonk.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund already elapsed subscription time unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank or card processing times may vary.
