1. Company
These terms apply to The Radical Monk, an Eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands at Heggeroosstraat 31, 5552 NC Valkenswaard. KvK number: 42029297. VAT/BTW number: NL005441714B44.
2. What We Provide
The Radical Monk provides websites, calculators, software downloads, licenses, subscriptions, support resources, and related digital services. Product-specific features, license scope, trial limits, update eligibility, support scope, and subscription details are shown on the relevant product page.
3. Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, scrape restricted areas, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or APIs.
4. Software Licenses and Subscriptions
Software licenses and subscriptions grant use of the purchased product according to the plan, checkout terms, applicable EULA, and product page details. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the software or third-party components.

5. Payments
Online payments are handled by Stripe where checkout is available. Prices, currency, VAT wording, and subscription billing period are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Subscription customers can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal where available.
7. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis through contact@theradicalmonk.com, unless a specific product page states a different support process or response time.
8. Liability
Products and website content are provided with reasonable care, but no website, software, calculator, or digital service can be guaranteed to be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Radical Monk is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or decisions made using website content or software output.
9. Financial Wisdom Comments
Comments on Financial Wisdom posts are public. You may comment anonymously or use your first and last name. You must not post unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, promotional, deceptive, privacy-infringing, or otherwise harmful material. Do not impersonate another person or publish somebody else's personal information.
You grant The Radical Monk permission to display the comment as part of the post discussion. Comments may be rejected, hidden, or removed to protect visitors or the service. Publication is not an endorsement, and continued availability of any comment is not guaranteed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
